The new TMS uses Keystone Login for registration and sign in. Your previous TMS login credentials will not work in the new TMS. If you have a Keystone login, you can use it to sign in. The email address on your Keystone login must be the same as the email address in the previous version of TMS. If your email address does not match, a new TMS account will be created, and you will not have access to your past certificates and training information.
DDAP cannot reset your password. Keystone Login help desk information is available when you select Register and Login.
NOTE: You, not your employer, own your TMS account. You are responsible for all scheduled trainings and keeping your information up to date.
